Let us tell your unique love story.
Your invitation will set the tone of your big day. They are the first glimpse at what your wedding day will be like. With custom invitations you have the opportunity to collaborate with us to create something that is not only one-of-a-kind but also truly reflects who you are. Our bespoke wedding invitations invoke a feeling, have a clear aesthetic and truly give your guests an idea of what your wedding day will be like. We can carry that feeling and design throughout all your paper but also work with the other vendors you have entrusted to create a uniform vision. We really love doing what we do and would love the opportunity to create something beautiful for you.

The first step in our invitation journey is to set up a time to chat or meet in person. We will talk about what you are looking for in a suite, colors you plan to use, styles you love and what the overall look is that you want for your wedding day. Feel free to bring any inspiration, Pinterest boards with you to help us gain insight as to what you want your wedding day to feel like.
II. Estimate, Deposit, Contract
Once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we will create an estimate for you to review. Once you approve your estimate we will send you an invoice for your deposit as well as a link to your portal. Here you will be able to access all your documents and proofs in one place. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the design process with the final balance due once we send to press. After we have received your deposit and signed contract we will upload your timeline to review. The timeline will keep us on track throughout the process. Please keep in mind, if you are late responding per the timeline it may delay your pickup date. I will also send you some sample documents to help with your choice of wording for your pieces. We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to give us all your wording for your invitation and other pieces so we can get started on your designs.
Once we have all the information from you we will design your invitation. Papertree will send you proofs of 2-3 design options to review. If you don’t love anything, please let us know. We will be happy to send some more options...we want our couples to fall in love with their invitation suite and will not settle for less. Once the invitation is designed we will design the accompanying pieces for you to review. We will also create a digital mockup which will include envelope options along with any embellishments we feel are a good fit for your suite. You have unlimited color options for your envelopes.
IV. Approval + Delivery
Once you are madly in love with your invitation suite we are ready for printing! We will ask you to approve your proof by signing it and returning it to us (you can take a photo and email it, works for us!). It is VERY IMPORTANT to proofread all the pieces in your suite. We are not responsible for any errors after the suite is approved and in production. We will also send you a final invoice at this time. Once we are all set we will ask for the remaining balance that is due and send your invitation off for final printing. Standard flat printing takes 2-4 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks for assembly. Specialty printing takes 4-6 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks for assembly. All packages are shipped via FedEx and you will receive a tracking number. Please refer to your timeline provided to know when to expect your finished invitation suite. *Rush orders are available, contact us for pricing.
