FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How soon should I order my stationery?

    Typically the Collection suites are a quicker turnaround. They take about 6 weeks for production plus the time it takes for design. Custom takes longer to develop the style, so the sooner the better. We recommend reserving your place in our production schedule once you secure your date.

  • How do I begin the process?

    To begin the process we will need a signed contract as well as a deposit. Once we receive those we will send you forms to fill out for your wording as well as a timeline to approve. Please note that our timelines are built into our production calendar. Once you approve that we may be able to accommodate date changes but cannot guarantee that.

  • How many proofs will I receive?

    For our Collection suites you will receive three (3) complimentary rounds of revisions. For our Custom suites revisions are unlimited (within reason).

  • Shipping, mailing, and more ...

    We offer complimentary shipping for our Collection order clients via UPS shipping or DHL (International). Our Custom clients receive complimentary assembly and mailing. Rates are based on current shipping rates and always require a signature. We are sometimes able to accommodate a scheduled pickup from our New Jersey studio ONLY. This date can be arranged and may not be on the due date on your timeline.

  • Do you offer in-person consultations?

    In-person consultations are reserved for our custom clients. We are happy to hop on a Zoom or call for all collection clients. We can also mail samples of our work.

  • Do you offer returns?

    Unfortunately due to the nature of customized products we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. Once your proofs are approved we are not responsible for any spelling, grammatical errors. If you receive a defective items we will do all we can to remedy the situation. Please note that handmade paper is made by hand. Each piece varies in its size, coloring, etc. There also may be small fibers within the makeup of the paper.

  • Can I use the designs for other things?

    Papertree Studio owns the rights to the artwork. If you would like to use an element of the art for something else within the event/wedding let us know and we will see what we can do. You are not allowed to print the artwork with an outside vendor without written permission.

  • Do you offer discounts or collaborations?

    No, we are a luxury design house specializing in creating unique pieces for your wedding or event. We feel that our pricing is fair and reflects the level of work produced by our studio. We do not offer influencer collaborations for reduced or free offerings.

  • Do you offer collaborations for editorials?

    We have packages for photographers and planners for editorial shoots or educational classes. Please inquire about our packages at hello@papertreestudio.net

  • Do you travel?

    Yes, our team is able to travel to your location for your wedding/event weekend. We will be onsite to make sure all of the details you have entrusted with us are exactly how we envisioned and planned for your day.

  • I have my design already, can you print it?

    No, we are not a printer and will not print anything we didn’t create. If you have artwork you would like to include in a custom suite, we are able to do that.
