SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Papertree Studio is seeking a creative, detail-driven Social Media Manager to lead our Instagram and Pinterest presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, the luxury wedding and events industry, and how to translate design work into thoughtful, strategic content.

Papertree Studio is a custom stationery boutique and design studio specializing in high-end wedding invitations, event collateral, and bespoke paper goods. Our work is rooted in craftsmanship, texture, and intentional design. The Social Media Manager will work closely with our team to communicate our work, voice, and brand story across social platforms.

Schedule & Structure
5–10 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule
Freelance, long-term opportunity
Fully remote (occasional studio visits are a plus but not required)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Papertree Studio’s Instagram and Pinterest accounts, including:
Content planning and monthly calendar creation
Scheduling posts, reels, stories, and pins
Maintaining consistent brand voice and visual style

Content creation and curation, including:
Selecting imagery from studio projects and organizing assets
Writing captions aligned with the luxury wedding and events industry
Creating simple graphics, reels, and story content using brand assets
Repurposing existing content into carousels, reels, and Pinterest pins

Pinterest management, including:
Uploading and optimizing pins
Creating and organizing boards
Writing keyword-driven titles and descriptions
Tracking top-performing content and refining strategy

Community engagement, including:
Monitoring comments and DMs and flagging important inquiries
Engaging with planners, venues, photographers, and industry partners

Analytics and reporting:
Providing monthly performance summaries
Identifying trends, opportunities, and growth strategies

Qualifications
Experience managing Instagram and Pinterest for a brand required
Strong writing skills with an editorial, refined tone
Excellent visual eye and understanding of brand aesthetics
Comfortable using scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Tailwind, etc.)
Highly organized and able to work independently
Reliable, proactive, and deadline-driven

Bonus if you have:
Experience in weddings, events, design, interiors, or luxury lifestyle brands
Basic video editing skills for Reels
Familiarity with the luxury wedding and planner ecosystem

Requirements
Must be able to work remotely and communicate regularly with the studio team
Must be comfortable working independently and managing deadlines

PRODUCTION AND DESIGN ASSISTANT
ONSITE in Williamstown, NJ
Freelance, Part-Time

Papertree Studio is seeking a reliable, detail-driven Production Assistant to support our studio team with day-to-day production and fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on making, understands print production, and takes pride in precision.

Papertree Studio is a custom stationery boutique and design studio specializing in high-end wedding invitations, event collateral, and bespoke paper goods. Our work is highly detailed, deadline-driven, and rooted in craftsmanship. The Production Assistant will work closely with our designers to ensure projects move smoothly from concept through final delivery.

Schedule & Structure
2–4 days per week
Typical hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
10–20 hours per week, fluctuates seasonally
Freelance, as-needed basis
On-site at our South Jersey studio (this is not a Philadelphia-based position)

Key Responsibilities
Assist with all stages of production, including:
Pre-press preparation
Printing, cutting, foil pressing, laser work, and assembly
Quality control and finishing

Operate and assist with studio machinery, including:
Laser cutter / engraver
Printers (laser jet experience a plus)
Foil pressing equipment

Prepare client presentation materials and sample packs
Pack orders and prepare shipments with care and accuracy
Support studio organization and general production flow
Occasional assistance with social media or studio content (a plus, not required)

Qualifications
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Mac platform
Familiarity with production equipment and hands-on studio work
Experience with foil pressing, laser machines, or print production strongly preferred
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of the production process
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines
Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback
Self-motivated, resourceful, dependable, and respectful of timelines and processes

Requirements
Must be able to work on-site in South Jersey
Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally
Some tasks may be completed off-site, but in-studio availability is essential
