Inspired by fine art, our Collection suites are a curated selection of invitation suites available for purchase. You may choose to change the colors, paper selection and embellishments to truly make the invitation suite your own. The integrity of the design must remain the same. There are many styles to choose from, we are confident you will love the final product you receive from our studio.

OUR PROCESS

I. YOUR INQUIRY

Fill out our inquiry form on the website. We will send over a proposal to review. If you are happy with the proposal, accept it and we will send over the links to begin the process.

II. NEXT STEPS

You will receive links to your contract, deposit, timeline (very important), wording documents (you need to choose your suite here), guest list upload and a wedding vendor form. Once we have everything in from you, we will start to layout your suite. *Please try and fill out your wording form as much as you can but remember, we can always make changes so don’t stress too much! We do not start the design of your pieces until we have all the forms noted above. If you are delayed in getting them to us, we will need to revise your timeline and cannot promise the due date you asked for. We do offer 2 complimentary Zoom consultations and are able to mail samples as needed.

III. PROOFS

You will receive your proof by the date on your timeline if we have your wording in time. We ask that you take a day to review it and collect your comments and revisions to respond in the portal. *It is important to respond in the portal and if you do not, we will ask you to do so before making revisions. We are a bit Type A about our process, but trust us, it is for good reason. We are happy to hop on a call to talk through revisions, but you will still need to add them into the portal.

IV. REVISIONS & APPROVAL

We offer 5 revisions in our Collection pricing so feel free to ask for any adjustments you would like. After that, revisions will be billed at $50/revision. Once we are all set, we will send you an approval form to review along with your final invoice. Once we have that signed, we are off to press. We will have your invitations mailed or shipped on that date on the TIMELINE. Please note, this date may be different than your original timeline if we were delayed during the process. Of course, we try to avoid this, but we need an adequate amount of time for production. We can only offer rush services for a few orders a year depending on the time of the year. Production takes 6-7 weeks, please keep that in mind when inquiring. We only offer rush services when we can accommodate it.

V. SHIPPING & MAILING

Once we receive your pieces in from our printer, we will send you a quick photo or video to get your blessing before we ship or mail them. If you are doing wedding day pieces with us, we will send you a link to upload your wording for those as well as adjust your timeline if we need to.
