Inspired by European art, our new Collections are a curated selection of invitation suites that can be altered to fit your style. You may choose to change the fonts, colors, paper selection and printing method to truly make the invitation suite your own.

 FAQs

  • Basically, you can take one of our pre-designed suites and make it your own. The basic design and fonts stay the same but there are many options to adjust to make it fit your wedding day design.

  • You can change ink colors, printing methods, papers, mix and match different suites and envelope colors. You can also add embellishments like envelope liners, vellum overlays, wax seals, ribbon and vintage stamps.

  • We offer letterpress, foil press, embossing for our suites. Some of our suites have a flat printing element but we no longer offer suites with only digital printing.

  • We used to have a guide where you would select colors for us to build your suite from. We have since gotten rid of that idea. Why? Because you are paying us to be the expert in this area. We will ask you to submit your color palette to your portal and we will curate a selection to fit your wedding day design. If you don’t love it, don’t worry, we can always adjust it.

  • Yes! We are slowly adding in pieces to the website, but we can absolutely create anything you need for your wedding day. Think menus, programs, escort cards, welcome signs…really anything. We can also create shower or rehearsal invitations if you need those as well.

  • Typically, this option is set aside for our custom clients. We are a small team and do not have availability to meet every client in-person. We are happy to hop on a Zoom or phone call and have samples that we can mail you.

  • Obviously, we want everything to be settled when we send over that approval form. We understand that things happen and part of working with a “real” person for your invitations means that we can change your besties new address or add the person mom forgot. All good!

  • Unfortunately, we can’t get a hard copy of the suite. It is costly for our printer to setup the printing of the pieces, etc. Our mockups are very close to what you will receive. We can send you samples of past work including swatches and printed pieces.

  • We ask that you book us as soon as you can. Save the Dates should be mailed 6-12 months before your wedding. Invitations should be mailed 8-12 weeks before your wedding date. Our design process takes about 2 weeks and production takes 4-6 weeks depending on what we are printing. We are a mighty team of 3 and do our best to accommodate all requests, but sometimes it is not reasonable and we need to make sure it fits within our calendar, as well as our printer’s production schedule.

  • We ask that you book them when you book your invitations. This makes us aware of your date which we put a hold on in our calendar. We should plan to start the design of those pieces 8 weeks before the date you would like to have them in-hand.

  • We recommend you order 10-15 extra of each piece. We are not trying to make you spend more money, but reprinting small quantities end up being very expensive and will not be fast. It makes more sense to order that amount in your original order. Remember, you want a keepsake and need two suites for photos on your wedding day.

  • Yup, we have a great relationship with our post office and know all the little nuances of mailing your pieces. If you choose to mail the invitations yourself, you MUST visit your local post office with a suite and get the rate for your invitations to be mailed. They must have enough postage on them to make it to your guests.

  • We offer vintage postage curations. A common misconception is that we have these stamps in stock, we don’t. We order them from trusted vendors and will create a breakdown of each stamps’ cost for you to approve before we place the order. There are a ton of scam postage sites, be careful if you decide to take this on (also use a glue stick, DO NOT LICK THEM). We charge a $180 curation fee to pull the stamps together and take the time to place the order.

  • No, sorry. Any customized purchase is non-refundable. If we have not begun the design process, we can chat about partially refunding your deposit. We can also apply your deposit to another order at a later date. If we have begun the design process, the deposit is non-refundable and you will not be responsible for the final payment. If we have already sent your pieces to print, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund of any kind.

  • We use UPS complimentary. If you want to add rush printing, we will let you know the additional cost to do so. If you are an international client, we will send an estimate for the shipping cost when you inquire.

  • Unfortunately, once an order leaves our hands, it’s out of our control. We do not insure our packages beyond what it typically covers as it adds cost to the shipment price, If you’d like to add insurance, please inquire and let us know before we ship the item. We also always add "signature" required so please make sure you plan for that as well.
